How to invite new users

Correct procedure for inviting and onboarding new members into the Arbicsx ecosystem with a professional approach.

Updated 16/07/2026 · 2 min read

Inviting new users to Arbicsx is an important part of the work for those participating in the affiliate program. Doing it well means proposing the project to people who are genuinely interested and in the right conditions, with responsible communication from the very first contact.

Who to propose it to

The first criterion is not "how many people you contact" but "which people". Arbicsx is a software tool aimed at those who operate consciously on the markets, with capital they can realistically allocate to a professional activity. Proposing it to those who do not even have the minimum prerequisites — time, resources, authentic interest — benefits no one.

How to structure the invitation

  • start from the person's context, not from a script;
  • introduce yourself and explain why you believe the topic could be relevant to them;
  • describe Arbicsx as a technological project, not as an "earning opportunity";
  • propose a concrete next step (a call, a live event, a resource to read);
  • do not force timing: if the moment is not right, the person will tell you.

What to say and what not to say

In the first contact, an honest and sober description of the project is more useful than an emotional promise. Do not anticipate economic conditions of the compensation plan or figures of any kind: that information is covered by official channels. A list of correct examples and those to avoid is in What can be said and what must not be said.

Onboarding those who accept

If the person agrees to learn more, lead them first of all towards official resources: Arbicsxpedia, the First steps section, the guide to the dashboard. Your role is to accompany, not to "convince". Good onboarding today is worth more than ten forced contacts tomorrow.

When presenting Arbicsx, never convey the idea that it is an investment service or capital management. The scope is clear: technological software pursuant to D.Lgs. 58/1998 (TUF). Returns are never guaranteed and operational responsibility lies with the user.

Compliance with communication rules

The way you invite reflects on the perception of the project. Aggressive, pressuring, or alarmist communications damage your reputation and that of Arbicsx, as well as reducing the quality of the network. The guidelines are collected in Communication rules.

What to avoid

  • copy-paste messages that are not contextualized;
  • lack of transparency about why you are contacting the person;
  • artificial time pressure ("today only", "limited spots", etc.);
  • implicit or explicit promises about future earnings.

The network grows with trust

At the base of the program is trust: that of the new user towards you, and yours towards the project. A responsible invitation is the first brick of that trust. Over time, it produces a more solid network and sustainable affiliate work.
