Many doubts about communication are resolved with a few concrete examples. This guide collects typical phrases to use, typical phrases to avoid, and the underlying reason that separates them. It is not an exhaustive list: it is a compass.
The underlying criterion
Everything can be said that describes Arbicsx as a technological project, recounts its positioning and explains its value in a qualitative way. Nothing must be said that conflicts with the legal perimeter of the service (technological software pursuant to D.Lgs. 58/1998 - TUF), that promotes guaranteed returns, or that presents the compensation plan in numerical or comparative terms.
Arbicsx is not an investment service, does not manage capital on behalf of third parties, and no return is ever guaranteed, in any form. Every communication starts from here.
What can be said — examples
- "Arbicsx is a fintech software house that develops tools to operate more consciously on the markets."
- "The platform collects in a single environment the data you need to monitor your accounts connected to the broker."
- "There is an affiliation program for those who want to communicate the project professionally."
- "The value of the affiliation arises from actual software sales: there is no remuneration unrelated to the actual use of the product."
- "Capital is at risk and the responsibility for how you manage it is yours."
What must not be said — examples
- "With X clients you earn Y per month."
- "Arbicsx is a passive income opportunity."
- "The compensation plan pays A% on the first level and B% on the second."
- "With Arbicsx you recover the cost of the subscription in Z months."
- "Our users on average earn..."
- "It is a guaranteed investment." / "The capital is safe." / "Zero risk."
Why the difference matters
The phrases to avoid are not only incorrect in a broad sense: they are in tension with the legal perimeter of the service and with the responsible communication required of those who represent the project. A wrong phrase said lightly to the wrong person can generate misunderstandings and concrete damage, in addition to exposing the person who uttered it.
The "journalist test"
A practical way to evaluate a communication is to ask yourself: "Would I be comfortable if this phrase were published in a newspaper next to my name?". If the answer is no, the phrase probably needs to be reformulated.
How to correct if you have already said something incorrect
If you realize you have communicated something inaccurately, the responsible choice is to go back to the person, clarify, and bring back the correct positioning. It is a gesture of seriousness, not weakness: it is what distinguishes a professional affiliate from an improvised salesperson.
