How the compensation plan works

Structure and mechanisms explained in qualitative terms focusing on software sales and long-term sustainability.

Updated 16/07/2026 · 2 min read

The Arbicsx compensation plan is designed to recognize the value produced by affiliates through real sales of the software. This guide describes its logic in a strictly qualitative manner, without figures, percentages, numerical examples, or projections: specific economic information is communicated only through dedicated official channels.

Guiding principle

The plan is based on a simple rule: remuneration arises from actually completed sales of software products. Recruiting people without real sales produces nothing. It is a fundamental choice, not a detail: it means that the plan is compatible with the technological nature of the service and not with pyramidal logics.

What it considers

  • direct sales of software services to effectively active users;
  • continuity of the client's use of the service, not just simple registration;
  • recurring mechanics consistent with the client's life cycle on the platform;
  • mechanisms for recognizing the structural contribution to the project, always conditional on real sales.

What is not part of the plan

The plan does not include: promises of financial returns, "buy-ins" to access higher levels without a product counterpart, or mechanisms that reward the mere numerical growth of the structure. If someone represents the plan in these terms, the representation is not official and must be corrected.

Arbicsx is a fintech software house that exclusively provides technological software pursuant to D.Lgs. 58/1998 (TUF). It is not an investment service and does not manage third-party capital. No operational or economic return is ever guaranteed, including the remunerations of the compensation plan, which depend on real sales.

How to know the details

The specific economic conditions of the plan — thresholds, recognition mechanics, timing, requirements — are communicated directly by Arbicsx through official channels (reserved area, internal communications, dedicated documents) and may be updated over time. Only information received through these channels is valid, never the personal interpretations of third parties.

How to talk about it externally

When communicating the plan to a potential new user, the responsible choice is to explain its qualitative logic and refer to official resources for economic details. Anticipating figures, percentages, or projections is not appropriate: the guide What can be said and what must not be said shows concrete examples of how to do it well and what to avoid.

Sustainability

A coherent compensation plan is a sustainable plan: it structures its rules around the value the customer receives, not around promises made to those who join. This choice is consistent with the idea of Arbicsx as a long-term project, with solid growth objectives rather than ephemeral peaks.

Individual responsibility

Each affiliate is responsible for their own way of representing the plan. Transparent communication protects them, protects the customer, and protects the project. The Compliance, security and responsible communication category collects the reference guidelines.
