Software Upgrade

Released versions and improvements to the platform engine

Updated 16/07/2026 · 2 min read

A software upgrade is the moment when the platform moves to a new version: it contains new features, improvements, and fixes. This guide explains how updates work and how they are made available to users.

Release cycle

Upgrades follow a defined cycle with development phases, internal verification, gradual release, and post-release observation. Each phase has precise rules to prevent a new feature from impacting service stability. In more delicate situations, a staggered release is adopted to limit overall risk.

Release notes

Each published version is accompanied by a release note with three typical sections:

  • news: what has been added;
  • improvements: what has been made faster, more readable, or more stable;
  • fixes: which known issues have been closed.

The most significant fixes are also collected in Resolved bugs to make them easier to find over time.

What changes for you

In most cases, you don't need to do anything: the new version is automatically available at the next login. If an upgrade requires action (for example, a preference reset or new consent), communication is provided in advance with a guided path within the interface.

Compatibility

Upgrades are designed to maintain compatibility with existing habits. When a function is structurally revised, the old one remains available for a transition period so you can directly compare the old and new behavior.

Refresh the page or restart the app, open the dashboard and observe your main views. If something seems unusual, first check the release note: many "anomalies" are actually announced changes.

If an upgrade generates an issue

In the rare case that a version produces unexpected behavior for a portion of the user base, the team may decide to quickly release a fix, temporarily disable the function, or perform a rollback. These steps are communicated transparently through Important communications.

Scope of upgrades

Upgrades concern software and infrastructure. They do not change the legal scope of the service: Arbicsx continues to provide exclusively technology in accordance with D.Lgs. 58/1998 (TUF), does not manage capital on behalf of third parties, and does not offer advice or promise returns. New versions improve tools, not market performance.

How to stay informed

A weekly check of the Updates category is more than sufficient. For upgrades with significant operational impact, you will also receive a dedicated notification in the reserved area: reading it carefully will help you avoid misunderstandings in the hours following the release.
