Terms, conditions, and useful documents

Where to find and how to read the legal documents governing the service and mutual responsibilities.

Updated 16/07/2026 · 2 min read

A conscious use of Arbicsx also involves reading the official documents. These are not mere formalities: they describe the service, its limits, the rules of use, and mutual responsibilities. This guide explains where to find them and how to read them.

The main documents

  • service terms and conditions: they describe the object of the service, the obligations of the parties, and the rules of use;
  • privacy policy: explains how personal data are processed;
  • documents on individual active software services: they describe the characteristics of what you subscribe to;
  • any disclosures on risks, responsible communication, and correct use of the platform;
  • affiliate program documents, for those who participate in it.

Where to find them

Official documents are accessible from the reserved area and, in part, directly from the public website. Some are updated periodically: in the event of significant changes, a dedicated communication is issued, as described in Important communications.

How to read them

It is not necessary to read them like one reads a novel. We recommend that you:

  • start from the table of contents to orient yourself;
  • read the sections on the scope of the service, risks, and responsibilities in their entirety;
  • highlight the parts that directly concern your case (active plan, support channels, renewal conditions);
  • note down any doubts and clarify them with customer care through official channels.

The role of documents in the scope

Official documents are the place where the scope of the service is formally described. They confirm that Arbicsx exclusively provides technological software pursuant to D.Lgs. 58/1998 (TUF), is not an investment service, and does not manage third-party capital. Every verbal or textual communication finds its formal reference here.

If a promise received orally is not reflected in the official documents, the documents prevail. Verbal information does not take precedence over formal information.

Document updates

Documents may be updated to adapt them to service news, regulatory evolutions, or organizational changes. Significant variations are communicated in advance and briefly described in official communications.

Documents linked to individual services

If you subscribe to a specific service, you also receive any related documents: characteristics, economic conditions, duration, renewal conditions. Reading them calmly before subscribing is more useful than reading them after, when questions become disputes.

Useful documents for communication as well

For those participating in the affiliate program, official documents are also a communication tool: they allow for formal responses to questions from new users regarding scope, risks, and responsibilities. This is an important part of the professional work described in How to build a network professionally.

A mature approach

Reading the documents is not a bureaucratic act: it is a gesture of awareness. A user who knows the conditions moves with more confidence, asks the right questions, and recognizes improper behavior sooner. It is the way the project would like every user to approach it.
