Rules of conduct

The code of conduct for the Arbicsx community

Updated 16/07/2026 · 1 min read

Rules of conduct during live sessions and within the community are not mere formalities: they are the tool that allows many people to share the same space without noise. Respecting them is a concrete way to contribute to the quality of the environment.

Here you will find the essential principles. Specific guidelines may be updated in the official channels.

Mutual respect

Every user deserves to be heard. Respectful contributions, even when expressing disagreement, maintain the high quality of the discussion. Aggressive or provocative tones have no place in our environment.

  • Listen before replying
  • Measured tones even in disagreement
  • Attention to the sensitivities of others

Before writing, ask yourself if the message contributes to the conversation or if it adds noise. If the answer is the latter, rephrase it.

Privacy and confidentiality

Do not share personal information (yours or others'), screenshots with sensitive data, or details about individual cases. Personal matters are handled with support, in private.

Correct use of spaces

Each channel has an intended use: support questions go to support, educational discussion in the appropriate venues, official communications in institutional spaces. Respecting this distribution reduces confusion and overload.

Spam, unauthorized promotions, sharing of unofficial external links, and repetitive messages are contrary to the rules and may result in moderation.

Technical and responsible content

Information regarding the official service must remain consistent with what is published by Arbicsx. Personal interpretations may be shared as such; they are not to be presented as official indications.

Compliance

Do not share statements in the community referring to returns, gains, or economic promises. Arbicsx exclusively provides technological software pursuant to D.Lgs. 58/1998 (TUF): our communication, even informal, must respect this framework.

Reports

If you notice behavior that does not respect the rules, report it calmly through the designated channels. Moderation responds and intervenes when necessary.

Respecting rules means a serene environment: each of us contributes to the quality of the common space through our daily behavior.
