A complete overview of what is included in the active plan

Updated 16/07/2026 · 1 min read

The Arbicsx subscription includes everything needed to use the platform as intended: access to the dashboard, operational technology, support channels, and official training. It is not a collection of separate services, but an ecosystem designed to function as a coherent whole.

On this page you will find an overview of what is included, what is not, and where to find updated references.

What is included

  • Access to the dashboard and its indicators
  • Technical configuration of the linked broker
  • Operational logic of the Arbicsx method
  • Official support channels
  • Live sessions and training materials provided by the plan
  • Technical updates and official communications

The scope of included services may vary based on the active plan. Always check your plan summary in the subscription section of the dashboard.

What is not included

External services such as broker, third-party VPS, unofficial courses, or tools offered by entities other than Arbicsx are not included. The fact that some of these services are complementary does not make them part of the subscription.

Setup and activations

Some activations require an initial setup, managed together with support or through your contact person. The setup is part of the onboarding process but is distinct from the recurring fee.

Do not share login credentials with third parties. The security of your services is part of the responsibility we ask you to maintain.

Where to check what you have active

From the dashboard, in the subscription section, you can find the list of services linked to your account, the date of the next renewal, and the status of each service. It is the most reliable source: it takes priority over any unofficial communication.

If something does not add up, open a ticket with support specifying what you see in the dashboard and what you expected to find. The team can verify the configuration and clarify any discrepancies.
