Useful materials for the presentation

Official approved resources to be used.

Updated 16/07/2026 · 2 min read

Those who present Arbicsx to new users have at their disposal a set of official materials designed to make communication consistent, correct, and professional. Using the right materials makes the difference between amateur work and a truly credible presentation.

What to consider "official material"

Official material is that produced or approved by Arbicsx and distributed through internal channels: documents, slides, videos, guides, and images with the logo. Material produced independently by individual affiliates, even if created in good faith, is not official.

Main types

  • institutional presentations of the project and its positioning;
  • product sheets on active software services;
  • training materials on the method, aligned with the category Strategies, method and vision;
  • compliance and responsible communication documents;
  • post templates and messages consistent with the communication rules.

How and where to find them

Official materials are accessible from the reserved area and from the channels communicated directly by Arbicsx. If you are offered a material through an unofficial channel, always check the source before using it with a potential new user.

How to use them

The best way to use the materials is to integrate them into your own narrative, not to read them as if they were a script. The strength of the affiliate is the ability to connect the content to the context of the person in front of them. The materials serve to keep the message correct and institutional; your task is to make it relevant.

Do not modify official materials, do not add figures or promises, and do not remove compliance disclaimers. If a new material is needed for a specific case, request it from official channels.

What not to use

Avoid improvised schemes, personal screenshots of earnings presented as "examples", and content generated elsewhere and not verified. A presentation based on unofficial materials exposes the network and the project to risks of improper communication.

Prepare well before presenting

Good use of materials involves good preparation: reread the parts that might be updated before each presentation, review the key points, and have references ready to answer the most frequent questions. The guide How to invite new users offers a complementary framework.

Consistency over time

Always using official materials means presenting the same project consistently in every conversation. In the long run, this consistency builds reputation: your interlocutor perceives serious work, not improvisation. It is an important part of that responsible communication which is at the heart of the project (see Compliance, safety and responsible communication).

Perimeter

All official materials are consistent with the fact that Arbicsx provides technology in accordance with D.Lgs. 58/1998 (TUF): no return is guaranteed and operational responsibility remains with the user.
