Many of the questions we receive about payments have simple and recurring answers. On this page, we collect the most frequent ones so you can quickly find what you need.

For specific cases or personal situations, always open a ticket for support: the written response takes priority over unofficial chats.

The payment was not successful

First, verify the associated payment method: expiration, ceiling, restrictions for recurring payments. If everything is correct, open a ticket with the date, time, and error message received. In most cases, the resolution is quick.

I want to update the payment method

You can update the method from the subscriptions section of the dashboard. If you cannot find the option or have doubts about the process, support will guide you step by step.

  • Verify that you are logged in with the correct account
  • Check that the new method is valid
  • Wait for the confirmation email of the change

Updating the payment method applies to future renewals. It does not modify transactions already executed.

I received a charge that I do not recognize

Before considering it anomalous, check the renewal dates and active services in the dashboard. If the charge does not find a match, open a ticket attaching the evidence of the operation: the team can reconstruct the case quickly.

Do not share sensitive payment details via public chat. Sensitive information must be managed exclusively through official channels.

I want to change the frequency

The frequency is defined by the active plan. If you want to evaluate a different setup, ask support which options are available for your case.

I am not receiving emails related to payments

Check your main inbox, spam folder, and automatic filters. If the emails appear to be blocked, provide the correct address to support and verify that there are no restrictive server-side rules.

Where can I find terms and conditions

Updated terms and conditions are available through official channels. Reading them once saves you many questions in the future.
