How to access the platform

Step-by-step guide to logging in on all devices.

Updated 16/07/2026 · 2 min read

Accessing the Arbicsx platform is a simple operation, but it must be done carefully as it is the most frequent daily action. This guide gathers the correct flow and useful checks when something does not work as expected.

The standard access flow

Access occurs through an updated browser. Go to the official Arbicsx page, enter the email associated with your account and the password. If you have activated two-factor authentication, you will be prompted for an additional code. Upon first access, the system may ask you to complete some profile information.

  • Use a recent and updated browser.
  • Ensure your connection is stable.
  • Type credentials carefully, avoiding spaces.
  • If you have doubts about the associated email, check the welcome mail received upon registration.

Two-factor authentication

When available, two-factor authentication (2FA) is the most effective protection against unauthorized access. The code is generated by a dedicated app on your smartphone. Safely store the recovery codes: you will need them if you lose your device. Configuration takes place in the dedicated section of your account.

Never share your credentials. No one from the Arbicsx team will ask for them via chat, email, or community.

Access from different devices

You can access from desktop, laptop, or mobile devices. The experience is optimized on desktop, where all operational functionalities are available; on mobile, you find a version designed for quick consultation. If you notice differences, the guide Differences between desktop and mobile version describes them in detail.

Good access habits

Those who log in multiple times a day end up creating small automatisms. Some save time, others reduce security. The advice is to maintain simple but solid habits: do not save the password in a shared browser, do not leave the session active on public computers, log out when finishing activity on non-personal devices.

Another good habit is to periodically check active sessions, when the platform offers this view. Timely detection of an unrecognized access is the first protection against more serious problems.

Quick secure access checklist

  • Password not reused from other services.
  • 2FA active.
  • Recovery codes stored offline.
  • Logout from non-personal devices.

When access does not work

If access fails, before asking for help, try some checks:

  • Verify you have entered the correct email, without trailing spaces.
  • If you forgot the password, start the recovery following How to recover the password.
  • Try incognito mode to exclude browser extensions that interfere.
  • Clear the cache or use another browser.

If the checks do not resolve the issue, consult Most common access problems for typical scenarios. As a last resort, open a ticket from support describing the exact error and the steps you had tried: it helps to close the request at the first exchange.
